While I don't have any issues with the pick-up (it's a third party company with a very reliable driver) I constantly have false charges on my account. Same complaint as Jessie; We never received any services, they never informed us when they would pick up. I felt they passive aggressively threatened to call the health department on me when I let them know I was unhappy and did not want to continue service with them. They are still demanding we pay them when they never came to pick anything up and we repeatedly requested to cancel with them. Very rude, very dishonest, just an all-around terrible company to do business with.

Dealing with the same kind of issues that Kate and Michael have dealt with. Shady contracts, getting stuck with a three year contract that is not clear, being charged monthly a $25 interest fee, not clear what your payments have been applied to. Have email confirmation that there were charging my service to every 6 months back in December but did not do it so more charges, and more monthly interest fees. Run in the opposite direction! Sneaky contracts and sales tactics led me to pay for more than I needed. Check your contract carefully. I inadvertently signed a 3 year contract. When I had to close my private practice due to unexpected circumstances (pregnancy with twins) after only 1 pick up, MedPro charged me $800 to fulfill my contract obligations. I have to swallow the bitter pill of paying $950 to have had 1 sharps container picked up by MedPro. I would not recommend this company. Run or at least be very careful.
MedPro appears to use third party pick-up services. I'm not very happy with the overall experience. Please let me out of my contract.
