Tony Saxon is the best He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, an asset to Meenan. Never let him go.
Tim has been taking care of my boiler for years now and it has been running smoothly for that time. Since I do not watch over him and am not trained in his profession that is all I have to go on. It runs, he is professional, always polite, and the furnace runs and keeps us warm in the winter and provides hot water in the summer. :-)
Mechanic was on time very helpful explain everything out.
Awesome. Tech explained the problem we were having and then fixed it.
Great response for a service call.
Paul did a great job. Got hot water back on quick.

Surprised at a recent charge for a replacement part to an A/C to fix. A follow up inquiry to such a high charge was referred back to the customer service area for review. Service manager checked and found that part was miscoded and manager immediately corrected. Service manager was courteous, attentive, and respectful in addressing complaint. A+ for the attention and response!

Mike Peterson the tech was great He explained everything he was doing and why My unit is fairly new and the part that needed replacement is common for the over usage this past summer Being an employee myself and being able to connect and meet a technician was very nice especially a technician with the knowledge and professionalism mike had for me and my home Mike was very friendly polite and professional and extremely courteous

We had a problem with our central air yesterday. Called Meenan to see if they could send someone out. Gave us an appointment later that day. The technician was very very good! He respected the covid policy. Within an hour our air was up and running. Thank you Meenan for being there for us! Been with Meenan Oil for 41 years and will never switch!
