Thank you very much for the fast emergency service on our heater.
Technician came earlier than expected and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Was very polite and professional. Getting through on the phone to call in our problem with the heater was more than challenging. Wait time was too long and needed to talk to someone. Very challenging!

Got home from work and ran out of hot water halfway through shower. Meenan was out in 2 hrs from my call, and I had hot water 30 minutes later after replacing defective part. Great service!

Tony Saxon is the best He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, an asset to Meenan. Never let him go.
Tim has been taking care of my boiler for years now and it has been running smoothly for that time. Since I do not watch over him and am not trained in his profession that is all I have to go on. It runs, he is professional, always polite, and the furnace runs and keeps us warm in the winter and provides hot water in the summer. :-)
Mechanic was on time very helpful explain everything out.
Awesome. Tech explained the problem we were having and then fixed it.
