The tech was presented with a challenging job. I was worried that he would not be able to fix the chimmney smoke pipe but he did. I had heat before he left & right before the weather tunred cold. Thank you.
The service technician was highly professional, friendly and fully explained the issue. The repair was conducted promptly and service was restored.

Technician came earlier than expected and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Was very polite and professional. Getting through on the phone to call in our problem with the heater was more than challenging. Wait time was too long and needed to talk to someone. Very challenging!

Got home from work and ran out of hot water halfway through shower. Meenan was out in 2 hrs from my call, and I had hot water 30 minutes later after replacing defective part. Great service!
