Got here quickly and resolved the no heat no hot water issue pretty quickly as well.

The guys who worked on my boiler were great. The low rating was for the fact that with all the money I dump on this company the cleaning of the chimney isn't covered and I also pay an arm and a leg for oil. I'll be changing oil companies in July. I've been a customer for 32 years and I'm done.

Having an ongoing problem, the technicians who come to my home we’re great however the problem continues not as bad as it was but still there, I believe, that Meenan is doing everything they can to rectify the situation, My problem is not with Meenan service but with the boiler

Your tech, Bob I think, was a real pro. He maintained social distance, wrestled successfully with our NEST thermostat and was very knowledgeable about our entire Chaco arrangement. Evaluation: none better!
