My mom loves it and will be moving in [date Removed]. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite, and answered all my questions with intelligence and completeness. The facilities are beautiful and clean and provide everything my mom needs. Thank you.

Merced Senior Living was a Godsend to us as we were trying to find a home for an older gentleman in our church that did not have any family here locally. When we first arrived, we just felt like a huge burden had been lifted from us as [name removed] , and a few others that I don't remember their names, just made everything so easy. All and all they very good sometimes there communication was a little slow like all facilities depending on who's working but I always knew mom was safe and in good hands..

Every time my mother in law had issues staff kept logs on response etc. She made some friends with staff and they all did great responding to her needs.

My aunt wanted to move back to California to be near family. She is 89 years old and very picky and wants things done her way. Pacifica’s employees always try to satisfy her requests but not always as fast as she likes. Everyone is aware of her short term memory loss and is considerate when trying to help her. After 2 months she is now trying to mingle with the other residents and has made a few friends and is joining in some of the activities. She really enjoys family visits and outings.

I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living as a nice place for a loved one to stay. [name removed] at Pacifica has been a Godsend for our family. She addresses any concerns I have right away and is very good at coming up with solutions. The staff is extremely friendly and has made my Aunt feel like they are there for her. My loved one is a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Merced. The staff are super helpful and friendly, like I've known them for a long time. Suggestion....the back door (outside) to the Sr Memory Living needs to be cleaned a little, it has spider webs, etc. Overall, things have been very good for my loved one at this facility and I would recommend the facility to family and friends.
