I guess the main thing that I would say they can improve on is better communication among the staff. The staff seem very new to each other and sometimes things break down because they are unsure about the functions of the other employees. Overall I like it though and am happy with it.

I love were my dad lives the workers, people a the seniors living their are so happy an Friendly. Thank you for helping find Emeritus. My dad Randall Garrett is happy there

This was the best decision I have made overall. The most of my time as a resident in this community, I have been well taken care of. The staff I dealt with' s and witnesses at visits or those I witnessed first hand were never bearing any type of negative characteristics that i witnessed first had nor any that I was aware of. In fact with what I reviewed I saw only positive people.

They are amazing! We are very pleased. Everything is very clean, and the staff is wonderful, they are just fantastic. We had a difficult situation with a couple of different needs coming into play, and Emeritus was great in working with us, and giving us such a good value. They have plenty of activities, and entertainment. We are happy with the food, and I can't think of anything that needs to be better. Such a good job, we are so happy with them.

It isn't perfect but it's a really good place. I haven't had great luck with getting someone to get back to me, when I call. This is memory care, so it can be difficult to plan activities that everyone can do. The food is good. They could improve the response time with the administrative or management. The aides and help are good. This was the only place that was really a true memory care center. We had our setbacks, but it was just getting things set up, so I'd give them a five. They are very clean community with a very friendly. I wish the memory care area had a larger outdoor area. I wish there were more activities. Alzheimer’s patients really benefit and need access to the outdoors, places to walk.

I was very very happy with them. I'd recommend them to anybody. We like the location, price, and the facility - all that is good. I think they could do a little bit more in the communication area.

I didn't think it was a good fit for my sister. She was pretty independent and it seemed to me that if you need more care that Emeritus might be the place that you would want to be. It didn't seem quite as open to me.

The staff that we have dealt with have been very friendly. My frame of reference is that for many years mother lived with my sister and brother-in-law and then they were brining in outside help and Emeritus is a little bit under that cost and it's a much lovelier place. She moved in on Sept. 4th and on the 5th of Sept there were a few things not done. When we walked in the room mother was in bed, she did not have her oxygen on that she would normally have at night. that might have been her own doing but anyhow it wasn't on.... read more
