I have relationships with other Mercedes dealerships in other parts of the country and I can honestly say that Justin, Luke and Jon are awesome to work with. Excellent service and their attention to detail is unsurpassed. They are the best in the their profession. I only wish I could have them at the Mercedes store at home in Florida.

Really great experience working with Michael Schweinefus from my initial phone call inquiry, to visit, follow up, purchase, and car drop off. This was the easiest, most natural car buying experience I've had at any dealership and would definitely recommend Michael! Both him and the finance department also stayed late to answer my questions and help me complete the purchase without making me feel like I was being rushed out the door.

Wonderful Experience! We had an awesome experience. Drove from NC to purchase the perfect car. Communication, follow up, etc was excellent as was the vehicle financing through MB. I would work with Greg again in a heartbeat!

Superb Service MB of Cincinnati is fantastic! Always a friendly greeting in the Service Dept and Charelne Salyers always makes sure the car is ready right on time! Recently upgraded my lease to new vehicle, and could not be happier with the job Melanie Parsons performed in handling the transaction. She helped me exit my lease early found the perfect replacement. RR loves MB Cincy!

Great Service, Average Detailing. I had a very pleasant experience working with Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. I showed up right as they were about to close however they still greeted me with the same great service and attentiveness. They were polite offering coffee and snacks despite the fact we were there after hours at this point. Used Car Purchase Excellent experience with everyone I dealt with in the dealership although the used vehicle we purchased was not a Mercedes-Benz. everyone was helpful especially Greg Fails the salesman. Greg helped with each step and was pleasant and informative throughout the purchase process.

Great experience, honest and straightforward Our first Mercedes Benz purchase / experience and it could not have been better. We met Jordan Moore the first time months before we actually purchased. He knew we were just looking and inquiring, but sat down and spent considerable time with us detailing the vehicle which we were interested in.
