Excellent dealership From the first email contact I had with Melanie to signing the final documents and driving away this experience was hassle-free. Her manager, Chris, was friendly and excellent to work with as well. Customer service is top notch and we were very well taken care of. Cincinnati is an hour from where we live, and we drove there, passing another dealership 7 miles from our home, because the customer experience was so good. Cannot say enough great things!
See Below I bought a Mercedes for my daughter. I live in Florida and was going to purchase the car there. I went into the Mercedes-Cincinnati store to check a couple of options out and met Brian Murphy. He was very helpful and before I left I ordered the car from him.
