Ms. Melanie Parsons at this dealership sold a car to me and I found her to be direct in our dealings and thorough in her follow through. Pleasant car buying experience Had appointment to test drive a glc. Brian was my salesman. He demonstrated every accessory on the vehicle and carefully explained how everything worked. Quick and easy. The salesperson was great. I never thought I would buy a Mercedes, but a couple of years ago I bought my wife a Mercedes. We were impressed what the dealership offered and the salesperson we had (the same person we bought our first Mercedes) and we never forgot it. I just bought my second Mercedes and now me and my wife both have a Mercedes. The Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati is located in a perfect place for us and we use the car washes all the time.
