Overall great experience!! Never had a Mercedes before, went to the dealership worked with a great sales rep. He found the right car that met my needs and really took the time to help my dad and I get the best of our budget. As my dad had just bought a Mercedes in another state they even offered some insight on his car-giving him tips on how to use it and was very helpful with the Mercedes app. My family will continue to buy from this dealership as we had a great and easy buy and service is outstanding!
Above and beyond My experience with Mercedes of Cincinnati is something I will never forget. I never thought I would buy a car I can't see in person and can't test drive in person. I was undecided for a while until I spoke with Melanie Parsons. I asked her to take pictures and she did. I asked her to test drive the car for me and asked for her honest opinion. 2018 C300 Car Lease Worked with the same Sales Representative for 2015 car lease. The entire experience was seamless. Would have preferred to know approximate monthly cost at the beginning of the process and not the end.

A great time buying a car! Zach Glutz met me in a friendly way, took me on a test drive and, when he saw how enthusiastic I was, asked me what would be necessary (what did I need?) to do the deal. He was extremely helpful in showing me the digital accessories (more than once), and he came to my house to fix the garage door opener.
