Fifth Mercedes Purchase My experience with this dealership has been excellent. They have always taken care of my sales and service needs promptly and accurately. Zach Glutz has been my sales representative for the past 15 years. The transactions were always, quick, easy and pleasant. Charlene handled the financing efficiently. The service department is very accommodating, with pick up and drop off service, doing repairs right the first time.
Second time leasing and still great experience! Melanie is amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted and had cars waiting for me to choose. Melanie and Chris made the process of getting a new lease very pleasant.

Very good experience I found the car I was looking for on line and connected with Ryan at the dealership. It was exactly what I wanted. This was Christmas Eve and I must have been the last customer. Very efficient and genuine My husband and I felt very comfortable with Tim. Even though he was busy when we got there. He acknowledged us.
