Very easy to do business with My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Being a current Mercedes owner we knew that we wanted another Mercedes. We just didn't know which model. Great dealership My wife and I have been to many dealerships over the years in purchasing new vehicles. This time we had the best experience ever. Anthony greeted us and sensed our needs quickly. He was fair and efficient. He made our experience in purchasing our first Mercedes Benz pleasant. He was very thorough and did not miss any details. He also did follow up calls. New car lease Zach Glutz has sold me my last 3 cars and he always takes very good care of me. He is attentive, responsive and very nice to deal with. I trust him. He is respectful of my time but makes sure I know what I need to about my new cars. Katie in Finance also made the process as simple as it could be.
Purchase of a used car This dealer had a number of used cars for sale and since mine was 14 years old I thought it might be time to upgrade. The salesman was extremely helpful in providing background information and also in negotiating the trade in value of my old car. Once I made the purchase of a 2014 model one of the sales tech people sat with me in the car and walked me through all the new technologies that recent cars have. I was absolutely delighted with the entire process, and with my new car.
My recent purchase at Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati I started considering buying a CPO E350 earlier this year, and kept in touch with Anthony off and on. When I decided it was time to buy, Anthony helped make it an easy process with no "pushing'. i was treated professionally throughout the process and absolutely love my new car.
