Good and Professional Had a great experience with their sales person Amy and service officer Bob. Amy is professional and got a good price from her. Checked the availability of all the verticals that MB has in the U.S. and found the fittest one with my expectation. High quality service department as well.

Great experience Had a great experience with Tim & the whole sales team. I was a little hesitant about a purchase in the first place, but they made the experience easy. Came through with all things promised in the negotiations. I can definitely recommend this dealership.

Welcomed relief Not only had my long time sales rep reciently retired but the entire dealership had changed hands. I knew I had decided to purchase the E 350 cab we had specially ordered to lease at the end of our lease but was not sure without Jed how it would go. Brian Murphy our new rep was wonderful and facilitated the deal perfectly and professionally. The entire staff was just what I was hoping for for a positive experience. Well done MB Cincy. Two thumbs up!

Smart Car Purchase I am very appreciative for the experience I received at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati (MBC). They continue to treat me like royalty. I have done business with MBC before, which caused me to feel comfortable with doing business with them when it came time for me to purchase a new car. Very professional atmosphere mixed with a lot of fun. Zach Glutz is a true pro with many years experience and a very pleasant personality. Third car we've bought from MB of Cincinnati! Even though we live just 2 miles from MB of Ft Mitchell, we decided to drive to Montgomery Rd in Cincinnati to buy our third MB. Zach Glutz has been so kind and helpful to us even though we buy "pre-owned" cars, we decided we trust him and want his expert advice and his help with learning all the technology the new cars afford.
