First Class Attention We walked into the dealership with just the idea of taking a test drive. The aesthetics of the showroom were bright and polished. Melanie Parsons greeted us and allowed us time to walk around before asking if we had any questions. She was very attentive and knowledgable about the products and inventory. Katie was quick and efficient in finance. We left with a C300, very happy and pleased with the experience.

g wagon purchase chris dow was extremely professional and knowledgeable. it was a pleasure to work with him and to have that kind of customer service. Review I must congratulate Mr. Zack for his assistance in keeping me updated concerning my car's production and assisting me on pick-up day. I had difficulty in getting to the dealership; he graciously solved my problem by driving me to the dealership on his way to work, as I live on his route to work. This was a very important kindness to me at that time as my family was away and I did not need to inconvenience others. He was very professional and courteous throughout the process.

Repeat Customer I bought my first Mercedes from Zach Glutz in 1996, and I just leased my 4th one through him. I'm obviously sold on the quality of Mercedes, and Zach has made the selection and purchase process stress-free and painless. It almost feels routine now. Charlene Salyers has been my service contact for many years now as well, and she is a real pleasure to work with - always very helpful and patient. A number of times we have been able to solve my problem over the phone, rather then me having to take the car in.

Awesome Experience as Always I purchased my third vehicle from Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati a couple of weeks ago. I think it goes without saying after 3 vehicles over 8 years, I obviously would highly recommend this dealership. Each time I have purchased a vehicle the service has been phenomenal. Chris Walker our Sales Associate, who we have worked with on each deal, always works to understand our needs ie. features desired, desired price point, etc and then provides a list of vehicles he thinks would meet our needs. Excellent service and superior products. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They tried to explain in details the vehicle's features and they try to offer to you what you need. They give sound advise and gives you fair price. They do not hustle you with offers that you do not need.
