Love my new GLA 250 while I accomplished on line reviews of small SUV's, I was just starting my short list of test drives. The MB of Cinti floor manager lined me up with Zack Glutz as I walked in the place. I told Zack that so far I liked the Audi Q 3 best. He quickly but pleasently got me and my girlfriend in a GLA 250 for an orientation and test drive. I been around a long time and I appreciated Zack's direct (minimum BS) style. Brad is a great salesperson - very helpful! Brad in sales and Katie in finance did a great job. The car that I was looking at was ready to go and he has answered my many questions after the transaction was completed.
