Ready set go I absolutely hate going to any sales place,however when you want a vehicle that is dependable then you go to the best. No pressure, simple straight forward information. The sales person, Carlos Tobar, was an easy person to deal with. I couldn't afford a new vehicle and he worked to find me a used vehicle that fit my needs perfectly. I had visited another Mercedes Benz dealership prior to Cincinnati and walked away with a feeling no different than any other dealership. I feel as though I was treated fairly and how many people can say they bought a car and feel satisfied with the experience?

pleasant experience burchasing a new car from MB Kenwood About a month ago, after previewing the SLK350 favorably at the Auto show down in Cincinnati , I decided to go look for a new car. Great shopping and purchasing experience. Highly recommend! The atmosphere at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati is welcoming and friendly. Our Salesman, Chris Walker was outstanding. He is professional and knows all the details of every model we looked at on the lot. Chris is personable and worked for my wife and me to ensure our needs were met, and our questions answered. Love the Mercedes E class I Love my new car. Great safety features including blind spot detector, great car for the price. Previously drove similar size Lexus. Car drives well.
