Great We have a Mercedes-Benz dealer a lot closer but i still go the up to this dealer, Does that tell you something. A Great dealer is there word.

New Car Purchase I was very pleased with the purchasing experience. Anthony did an awesome job with the experience and made the process very pleasant. I love the CLA 250 I bought, especially with the extra window tinting. Was not sure I was going to buy the car until I test drove a similar model and knew that was the one for me. Would definitely recommend them.

Mercedes Dealer Rating 2015 A customer doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. I truly felt how much Mr. Walker and the Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati care about their customers during and after making a purchase of my C300 Mercedes. New Car Purchase These guys went above and beyond to make buying a new car not only painless and stress free but actually enjoyable. I was very specific with what I wanted. Leasing of 2015 GLA 250 My dealership experience has been very satisfactory - friendly staff & no aggressive sales tactics. I was looking for a vehicle in a specific color and with certain options. The dealer found it at the port of entry and had the vehicle rerouted to them. It took less than a week. Met all expectations - vehicle and customer service. Sarwar

Great experience I dealt with Jennifer and Melonie and my purchase couldn't have gone smoother. I wasn't sure if I was going to buy but Mercedes quality and the great staff won me over. I am pleased to see that so many other people were treated the same.

Purchase of pre-owned car We went in looking for a preowned Mercedes and had the car in hand within a couple of hours. Everyone was very friendly, and courteous. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Wonderful sales experience with Melanie...wonderful car.. We"stopped by to simply "window shop".a few weeks ago. We left in a new C300. Obviously, the car that was on display in the showroom began the process. It had the features we wanted as well a color combo that was very appealing. But what helped make our decision as much as the car itself was Melanie. She was attentive, professional, not pushy and was an absolute pleasure to work with..
