Start to finish When I stopped by the dealership I was 80% sold on purchasing a Yukon XL, however, Jim Rutter did an excellent job of explaining the features, benefits and value proposition for the GL450. Excellent Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati! I am extremely pleased with my experience so far at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. I worked with Jim Rutter over many months as I decided what I wanted in a new car and he was exceptional! I never felt pressured or rushed. He was patient, accommodating and gave me good information that helped me make my decision. I always felt he was working with me to ensure I would get exactly what I wanted. Vehicle Purchase Salesman Thad Marck was very attentive and willing to go the "extra mile" to ensure I had a good experience. :) . Price of the vehicle was better than other dealerships I contacted. Overall experience was a positive one.

No pressure very accommodating. Plenty of choices with various options available so that one can drive away with the car the same day. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Half Empty-Half Full I want to thank Melonie for being the consummate professional. She really aided and assisted in making our first Mercedes Benz Purchase pleasurable and seamless, although her boss ( the sales manager) was very uncompromising, inflexible, and unapproachable. Overall, my wife was ecstatic and overjoyed with her GL450 for Mothers Day.

Yes, very professional Anthony shows good interpersonal skills, good sales skills and exercised constraint in making the sale. We visited the dealership for something to do and to look at a GLA 250 which my wife thought were attractive. There was never any pressure to buy, never any pressure in recommending any particular car. Most of all, he did not ask the kiss of death question, "what would you like your payment to be". This dealership is committed to satisfying the customer . Starting with understanding what you are looking for in a car vs. what they want to "sell" you. It's not about selling you the car, it's about you being a satisfied customer for the life of your car. Anthony, my salesperson, was great, but their commitment to customer satisfaction involves everybody - including the guys that do a great job of washing your car.
