My new car Our salesman was great to work with, follow up was awesome. I love my car. I ordered cross bars also, and within a day they arrived. Parts dept. left me a voicemail. Very prompt.

A Very Pleasant Experience The purchase of my car from Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati was the most pleasant I have ever experienced! Jim Rutter was so professional, kind, respectful and patient. There was no hassle, he just gave me a good price. I could not ask for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent Buying and Service Experience Friendly, efficient, low pressure, professional salesmanship. Communication is excellent. Follow-up is always timely. AEL Three Times a Charm I recently took delivery of my third Mercedes Benz from this dealership. I still have all three. I have been dealing with Mercedes Of Cincinnati for 10 years and have found them to exceed my expectations in all areas. From sales to delivery to service to accessories they are extremely professional. The staff at this dealership is very friendly and knowledgeable ! Excellent experience...go above and beyond We choose to purchase our Mercedes in Cincinnati and NOT at our local dealership in Indianapolis. Driving 2+ hours was well worth it to be treated with the respect and professionalism that one deserves. The sales staff goes above and beyond and the experience was SUPERIOR. Highly recommend! Great experience One of the best dealership experiences I've had. After a car accident where my car was totaled, I found myself quickly having to buy a new car. I went to 5 different dealerships - all good experiences - but Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati was just great. The sales person dialed in very quickly to what I wanted in a car. Fabulous! This is my third vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. Both quality of product and customer service are excellent from this dealership. I am treated with respect and kindness from both sales and service staff and have enjoyed ALL my dealings with MB. I cannot imagine going anywhere else to purchase a car!
