A Great Experience This is the 5th Mercedes we have bought from MB of Cincinnati and Chris Walker. Each time I didn't think it could get better and it does. Called and spoke to salesperson "Kevin" about a 2018 MB AMG GT C they have for sale on Wednesday. He said he was at the Cincinnati dealewrship but the car in question was at their other location. Kevin assured me he would have the car brought oveer to the Cinciunnati location first thing the next morning (Thursday). Said he would call me that morning. I recently took my C300 in for Service B, a general service. I had no complaints except for an issue with the battery, which they replaced along with completing the service. After returning home, I parked the car and didn’t start it for 2–3 days. When I finally started it, I heard a loud, strange noise that I had never heard before. If there had been any issues prior to the service, the service center should have identified and mentioned them as part of their inspection.
