Booked with company 4+ months out - h to e day before pickup - 6:30pm in fact, they text me to say it will be 2.5 times the quoted price. I call their bluff and find another dealer willing to do it for much less and they cancelled my auto shipment without my approval. I have never dealt with a worse company in my life. I can’t recommend avoiding them any more. No clue how they have any positive reviews

Stay away. Complete scam of a company.
Do not do business with this company! We hired Mercury Auto Transport to find us a car transportation company to take my wife’s vehicle from CT down to SC. Not only did the company they recommend deliver our car 2-days late, it was damaged upon arrival. Jeff S from Mercury basically told us there’s nothing they can do and that they are simply the “middle man” and are not responsible… except for the fact that they are the ones who referred us to this supposedly safe company with a good record.
