Do not do business with this company! We hired Mercury Auto Transport to find us a car transportation company to take my wife’s vehicle from CT down to SC. Not only did the company they recommend deliver our car 2-days late, it was damaged upon arrival. Jeff S from Mercury basically told us there’s nothing they can do and that they are simply the “middle man” and are not responsible… except for the fact that they are the ones who referred us to this supposedly safe company with a good record. Ronnie and June were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Unfortunately I was dispatched a less than professional carrier who ultimately sent me the wrong Zelle information so I am now pending my refund for that initial payment. Along with his lack of communication just lead me to feeling less than confident in future vehicle transport.

Watch out for these guys. I got a quote from them pretty quickly, but when I wanted to schedule the transport, It took 3 emails and 4 calls to get a response, which at that point the price jumped up 40%! I don't know how you can provide a written quote and not do what you say. Feels like a bait and switch deal. Very bad company.

Went on-line this morning and got a quote to transport my small car from north Florida to south New Jersey. Quote was for $505 from Eric La Gra. When I called Eric to book it, he said there was a glitch in the system and the price quote I was emailed was wrong. He said I would have to pay about $300 more. STAY AWAY FROM Eric La Gra and Mercury. They don't honor their own quotes, are not trustworthy and try a bait and switch game.
