I was sent a quote saying my transport would be a certain amount. The day before the pick up, I was notified that the only carrier available wanted $175 more but that they would be able to get my car to my destination (from Texas to Washington) within a few days. I agreed to the terms and my car was picked up. On the day my car was supposed to arrive, I called the driver to see when I could expect the delivery. Had a very difficult experience. When I placed my order, I told them during what period I needed the car picked up. It was finally picked up 7 days after that the last day in my time period once I had already moved. I had to call my friends to do this. The price I had to pay was way over the quote. There were 3 days where I could not get in contact with the people from Mercury but they would send me a template text in the morning about how they were working and then ignore my calls and texts and voicemails even though it was... read more

I chose Mercury to transport my car from Pennsylvania to Arizona. My rep was CiCi from Florida who I worked with signed a contract with for my pricing and regular communications with her. I had signed up with this company a couple months before the move. The entire time CiCi assured me they would have a driver and the transport would be a smooth transaction. Worst experience ever. Cici was great in the beginning - kept me informed on the overall process. But those automated texts were annoying and inaccurate. Cici had my first available shipping date of Jun 21 (which was correct) but for whatever reason the automated texts had an earlier first available date which caused a lot of confusion. Once Mercury got their money, they were no help with Viva Express, the transport company that actually picked up my car. Viva’s driver said the car would be there on Wednesday night. I would not recommend. My vehicle was 1.5 days late and damaged upon arrival. They took no ownership of the damages and had me contact their contractors insurance, only to find out they were not insured. Both wheels were curbed.. I’ll be contacting the BBB due to lack of liability covers to my damages.

Quoted me at $645 knowing I had a truck to ship. Increased the quote a few days later by $205, totaling $850. They claimed the price change was due to me having a sedan, even though the previous quote clearly states that it is a "Ford F-Series Super Duty." Now going with another company that quoted $615..oh, and after talking to them on the phone, they are competent enough to fully comprehend what the actual vehicle is.

Totally unsatisfactory experience with Mercury Auto Transport. Drew was the worst of the worst liar that we have ever dealt with. He tried to triple the price at the last minute. He quoted me $565.00 and then tripled the price on the day of the pick up. Needless to say, we went elsewhere to get our car picked up. And from what I understand I am not the only one who has had this experience with Mercury Auto Transport

I set up the order, waited for the arrangements, and never got a response from Kandy Kelly after ten days, three emails, and five phone messages. I did get plenty of spam from their computer. Do NOT recommend.

I do not recommend! Spencer Thomas had my information to transport my car from NC to FL and every time he replied to me it was with an automated message via text or email! Barely returned my calls, it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing! The lack of communication has been awful!!
