MERCURY REFUSES TO RETURN CALLS OR TEXTS: The order form requires Credit Card info in order to complete -- which makes sense. However, despite using my CC for a number of other items, Mercury's form doesnt accept my CC info. Worse, despite leaving a number of messages and texting, NO ONE from the company has enough professionalism to write or call back to straighten out the problem. Definitely not what I expect from professionals.

I informed them of your inquiry and they let me know they were in fact supposed to get back in touch with you last night but they have been sick and it slipped their mind. I apologize for that. As soon as you messaged us I made sure to let your agent know about it and they have already informed me that they have since reached back out to you.
Complete disaster. Paid themselves for dispatching a carrier who never showed up. After 3 more cancelled carriers, extending my wait for the vehicle to be delivered, I ultimately picked up the vehicle myself. During the wait for delivery I also caught covid. Save yourself the expense and aggravation and go somewhere else

communication is very poor. I have had dozens of emails text and phone calls with Scott and could not get my vehicle shipped nor could I recover my deposit after the shipping date had passed and I had to get other transportation. there is nothing other than the claim from Scott that this is not a scam to make me believe that I have not been scammed... so it is probably a scam
worst company ever to try and transport a vehicle.. do not use them you've been warned

Horrible Experience!! Very Rude! I inquired about a transport online and immediately began receiving texts, emails and calls from various transport companies. THIS transport company sent an email warning of all the things to be on the lookout for as if they’re the only company that won’t scam you. I went with them. RECEIVED QUOTES FROM DIFFERENT COMPANIES TO SHIP A PICKUP, 2 WEEKS AFTER THE TRUCK WAS SHIPPED THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO SEND EMAILS, I ASKED THEM TO STOP SENDING EMAILS BECAUSE THE TRUCK HAD BEEN SHIPPED AND RICHARD NIETO SENT 6 EMAILS WITHIN AN HOUR BLASTING MY INBOX! I was sent a quote saying my transport would be a certain amount. The day before the pick up, I was notified that the only carrier available wanted $175 more but that they would be able to get my car to my destination (from Texas to Washington) within a few days. I agreed to the terms and my car was picked up. On the day my car was supposed to arrive, I called the driver to see when I could expect the delivery. Had a very difficult experience. When I placed my order, I told them during what period I needed the car picked up. It was finally picked up 7 days after that the last day in my time period once I had already moved. I had to call my friends to do this. The price I had to pay was way over the quote. There were 3 days where I could not get in contact with the people from Mercury but they would send me a template text in the morning about how they were working and then ignore my calls and texts and voicemails even though it was... read more
