My mother-in-law received good care at Meridien assisted living and then memory care until her passing. All of the staff were at all times patient, attentive, and pleasant. They provided quality care and support during a long and difficult time. I would recommend them for care for your loved ones.

Very friendly. Always called back. Sometimes wish they were a little more proactive. My brother is a resident and likes the weekly shopping trips. He not overly happy with the food but I have eaten there a couple times and thought it was decent.

They made the experience so easy from beginning to end. [name removed] helped us tour and explained everything with such detail. And their move in costs were significantly less than other places we viewed. The staff has ALL been wonderful! From the front desk to the activities director. My mom has been doing very well since moving in and has made some friends and has been very engaged in activities. And we love the events they have that family is able to participate in.

We had some issues with their evaluation and price increase based on that. Had no notification or explanation of an evaluation by Pacifica taking place and we were billed early because of that. We did get an explanation after, but with the yearly increase and that increase, it went up [fee removed] a month. A bit hard to take all at once. We are not sure about the meals and dining services but it must be good as she has gained weight. Maria seems happy and well cared for.

But in general still way too expensive! These places are must be making a boatload of money. I have recommended A Place for Mom to friends and on social media. I am very thankful for [name removed] who made it seem personal that I find a good match. I wish there was better government help with costs involved as it is outrageous the cost involved
