Looking for a place to start in our quest to find resources for our Aunt we reached out to A place for mom. They contacted us right away and gave us options for the care of our Aunt. Tours were set & resources for Home Care were given. Our 3rd tour was at Meridian at Lantana . The welcome we received was professional, caring and comforting to our Aunt & us. The staff changed more than once recently. No one is responsible for answering the phone. They take too long to cash checks. The room is not cleaned often or efficiently.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but all of this should be short-lived. Our goal is to offer excellent customer service and recent turnover affected the overall operations. The good news is that our new team is committed to improving responses as well as adhering to company policy which will result in satisfaction of all involved.
Unfortunately, there have been 12 different executive directors since my mom has been there and the billing has been inconsistent because there have also been several financial directors. It took a while to straighten it out , but I think it's okay now. My mother is happy there. Well, my mother doesn't participate in too many activities because of her dementia but she loves the dancing and live entertainment on Sundays. The Meridian is very clean and the food is good.
