First, the staff that we have met are wonderful: they were so helpful and friendly; they facilitated my parents' move and made it a reality for them, we are so grateful. Cleaning staff is great --my mom feels like someone is really watching out for her. The place has been renovated, and the new paint and carpet makes a big difference in the overall look. The community is going through some renovations so we do not feel comfortable giving that a rating, but our loved ones room has always been clean. They had redesigned the dining room and from what we can see it looks like the residents are well taken care of there during meal times. They also have scheduled activities, we have seen different events and different live entertainers.

At the time that we toured, they were just about to start a major renovation. The dining area was already under construction, so residents were having to eat in their rooms. And we just didn’t want to deal with that.

My parents haven't been at The Meridian for too long, but they seem to enjoy it there, and have found the staff and care staff to be very kind. The building is old, but lovely, and is being renovated. We toured quite a few places, and this one seemed to fit their needs best.

The community is clean and the staff is very friendly. They have lots of activities for the residents to do and they do a great job taking care of the residents. The food is ok but they do run out of things sometimes. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The community is very good at communication and we receive emails from the director with covid updates and newsletters. My brother likes the food a lot. I would definitely recommend this community to others

I have lived here 2.5 years. I enjoy it here and have a lot of friends. I don't have any complaints. Everything is just great!

Love it here. I feel comfortable asking for help if I need it. The staff is very warm and they are very good at treating us like it's our home. You can go to activities if you want and they have a lot. Just really feels comfortable here. I'm happy to see they care what we think.

I'd say [names removed] are nice and very helpful. Very clean. I'd say they are informative. We are very friendly.
