We would like to complement the staff. On more than one occasion we had problems with the phone company getting service to my mothers room. Your staff helped and even called us in north Georgia to make sure the work was done correctly. Thanks

My experience at the meridian is amazing. I currently live at the facility and have no complainants. They have activities all day long up until night time, they plan parties for every holiday. Alex the activities director is wonderful she helps anyway she can she's always around helping someone out and doing fun activities and plans fun outings for us to enjoy. The food is great and the care team is helpful. Everyone is very friendly it feels like how a home should feel.

We toured Meridian at Lantana during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. There were some pluses and some minuses for us at this facility. Ultimately, we found a different facility that better fit our loved one's needs.

We toured Meridian at Lantana and it was great! Our tour guide was very informative and the facility was very clean. I really liked this facility, but felt it was a little too large for my loved one's needs.

Our family and loved one have had a good experience with Meridian at Lantana. The staff communication with the family has been very good, when we have questions about our loved one. The main concern that we have is that the community seems to be short staffed. This causes concern for care for our loved one and other residents.

As you know, staffing has been a challenge for every senior living provider since the pandemic. We endeavor to maintain adequate staffing levels.
My mom loves the food. She does not partake in the activities. She likes the staff but wants her privacy and independence so she gets cranky when they are always trying to help her. The staff cares about the people who live there. Reasonable requests are taken care of. Their renovations made a nice environment to hang out in. The aids at the community are absolutely wonderful to work with, the three front desk works are excellent and just have been great. Our loved one really enjoys her apartment. We had looked into this community pre-covid and our loved one had moved in after covid. Since then they have changed management and from the administrative side of things it is just a mess - things are disorganized and communication needs improvement. They have good meal selection but in general our loved one just does not think the food taste very good
