My Father in law has been a resident in the Memory care Unit at Meridian since April 2016. We toured several other facilities, and did a lot of research before choosing Meridian as his home. I am a RN who expects and looks for a high quality of care in any health care facility. We have been beyond impressed with the care my father in law has received since his admission. My Father in law is a resident in the memory care unit, since April 2016. We did a lot of research and visited several memory care units in the area. I am also an RN, and very picky and knowledgeable about quality of care. Our whole family ( me included) have been so impressed with the love, quality and care, my father in law has received. The community is excellent. The food is wonderful. They offer a good variety of activities. The staff is wonderful. My mom is very happy here and we would recommend this community to other families.

My father likes being in this community. He knows most of the staff and has a lot of friends. I like that it is very clean and up kept. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. They do offer activities. I would recommend to friends and family.

I will give this community the highest rating because they are really great here. Everything has worked out very well for my mother here. All the staff is wonderful and willing to help at any time. The community is very well well-kept and looks amazing. The food is wonderful and the activities are great. Great experience so far and I would recommend this community.

In the beginning we were very excited to move my Dad there. But unfortunately they were not able to deliver on what they told us they could do. We as a family could not trust that my Dad was being taken care of, so we made sure one of us were there every day. And Sundays were the worst. Once we figured out that on Sundays no one would check on my Dad, give him his medicine, take him to eat or change him until way after noon I started going there in the morning. I wish I could say that our experience transitioning our loved one into the memory care unit at Meridian had been nothing but positive. While we as a family took every possibly measure to ensure a smooth move-in, including weeks of emotional preparation, prompt completion of all medical requirements and paperwork, and then finally, having a family member present daily which, fortunately, is why we were able to observe and make quick adjustments to the fast and severe decline in our loved one’s health. Our executive team has an open-door policy and we would like to encourage anyone with concerns to speak to us directly.
The facility itself is great. The staff is not. The food is good we didn't do any activities, the cleanliness and size of the apartment? I would give of five. Anytime I had any questions for the staff and I called, I would never receive a call back. I would have to call multiple times or stop by the desk when I came in to see my dad. My overall experience. I would not recommend meridian stone creek to anyone.

The staff and caregivers were friendly and helpful. I did not require a lot of attention but there were times when they should have come to the room and did not. The activities director seem to be doing a good job of organizing and giving the residence something they could do.
