great printer and cheap ink works perfectly
Brother Quality. I don't use the printer a lot, but use the copy feature and the scanner. Easy to use and does the job. I like Brother after having others.

IT WORKS! Well, started out with a "lesser model" as we all know that the printers themselves are "cheap" and they're all about the same..right. No. So the cheaper model, $50, used same ink cartridges as this one, was OK, but Slow and no touch screen so it was even slower if you had to do something in the settings. Got rid of that one for this one, a little more upscale but it's perfect. Fast, the automatic document feeder is great, works beautifully. Can't go wrong on this one and it didn't take you to the poorhouse.

Bad reviews? So I've had the printer for about 7 months and I like it. It's easy to use for home and school use. I think the ink is fair priced considering I had an hp ink jet printer that cost me a ton of money. Ive printed on picture paper, cardstock, and printer paper and the quality is good. It copies, scans and faxes fine. I admit setting up the wireless printing settings to print from my phone/ipad/laptop was a bit of a pain but after reading the instructions more carefully and going online,I got it to work. Great Wireless Printer Printer was easy to setup for wireless operation. Great print quality. I like the 4 separate ink cartridges that allow to only change the color needed.
