Very quiet and reliable Color is off on some photos, so I wouldn't recommend for reproducing images, but very quiet and efficient. I had an HP that kept getting paperjams then finally died. This printer is lower and the color balance isn't as good, but is otherwise a superior and quite lovely purchase.
