Good purchase Good printer at a reasonable cost
Perfect for my business I had no problems connecting to my MacBook Pro and have no trouble printing.
Cheap and works OK The printer was easy to set up. Works fine except the colors are not as bright as my old Epson

Works well with my Linux OS I use Linux Mint for my Operating System, and not all hardware is compatible (shame on the hardware manufacturers). But Brother has started supporting Linux much better recently and this little printer, scanner (I don't use the fax) is a jewel. I am delighted with it.
Fantastic value as a home printer! For the price (I paid about $50), this printer is an amazing value. Easy to setup, good print quality, and even the Brother OEM ink seems reasonably priced. The generic ones are even cheaper. Page output is slow (it’s a $50 printer after all). So not quite ideal for workplace. But really nice as a home printer. Small footprint too!

Relatively easy setup 4.5/5 stars for me, setup had a couple hiccups, had to clean out the black ink cartridge with a q tip, and on my macbook I had to go into printers, delete the printer and re-add it to the interface. After that it worked perfectly with no issues. Wireless printing off my phone, iPad, and MacBook all worked. Solid product
