Perfect Perfect..no problems at all
Works Great, Great Quality, Print Quality Excellent This is replacing my old brother printer from three years ago that started to break down. I had a warranty through Asurion and they replaced it free of charge. I purchased a four year warranty for this printer just in case the same thing happens again. I printed a test page and everything prints great. I don't really print a lot so one ink lasts me a few months. This printer works I have an Mac and previously had another brand that had constant problems. After two years I got rid of it and got this printer. What a difference. It worked right from the start. Very easy to set up with excellent directions. The ink is much cheaper and so not only is the printer inexpensive but the cost of using it less expensive. And it is indeed an all -in- one. The print copies are very good, both color and b&w and so are pictures. So much easier with a good printer.
Wonderful Printer I’m a full time college student and I’m always printing documents and scanning them to my computer. This printer has not failed me yet! It works really well! I love how the paper tray is hidden, it gives a much cleaner look. It isn’t touchscreen but that doesn’t bother me one bit because it works wonderfully!
Price was Good!!! You have to use the sample ink while setting up the printer. Set up wasn’t bad after figuring that out.
I really like the printer, except... The printer was pretty easy to setup. It was my first time for a wireless printer. After following the directions and printing a few pages, I was happy to see it worked just fine. I then set it up to print from my phone. Downloaded the app and got it all setup fairly easily. Although it does print from my phone, it appears that it will only print from my gmail email account, not my other and way more used accounts. I cannot see a way to include them for printing. I'm totally pleased I'm a volunteer tech helper for my 55+ community. I get a lot of calls to help set up printers so I get to work with most brands. Both Canon and HP could be great but both lack good documentation or don't have current drivers and most buyers wouldn't know how to download and install drivers. Both Canon and HP are hard to set up on WIFI. The Brother printer we easy to connect to WIFI and when connected download updates automatically. The flat bed and feed scanner worked great.
