5 stars if scan to computer via usb always worked I really like it and had it less than one year when it stopped scanning to computer by USB. Fortunately the tec support team is responsive, however most were not very knowledgeable and the steps they wanted me to do made it worse than before. Not your MFC 6400 series I had to wait for 6 months due to COVID supply chain issues, I love Brother printers my last MFC printer lasted 10 years. But this particular model has had a document feed issue sense day one, and the scan feature is problematic. The copy features are above average and the second tray can be used for 11x17 paper.

Fast, and reliable Brother MFC's never disappoint. I've been a long time customer and after purchasing two of these for the office I purchased another for the home. It just works every time and our entire family now can print directly from their devices which saves me from having to do it for them. It seems to sip ink and blast out copies so quickly. The software suite works flawlessly for scanning and I always know I can rely on a quality result.
Brother Small Business Printer Fast machine with good quality printing. The paper collation is poor and when printing a report gets the pages out of sequence as there is insufficient drop onto the receiving tray.
Great Duplex Scanning! Great printer. Mostly purchased it for duplex scanning and it does a great job of that. Bonus is the economical printing features. Excellent home office printer! Great value.
Hardware good, customer support not great. Copies well, has good features but is difficult to set up. I still can't send faxes and I don't think Brother makes help available easily enough.

Brother MFC-J5945DW From the time I hit the print button, it prints faster than my old printer. Almost instantaneously. I love the double sided scanning because it saves me a lot of time. I don't have to manually feed it like the old printer.
Fast and Full of Options The MFC-J5945DW is incredibly fast and gives you crisp, clear printouts. The paper trays and ink are very accessible and easy to load. The rear paper feed is versatile for envelopes and such, however, the menus don't always provide enough information to select the proper paper or envelope size. The only criticism I would have is using the FAX feature and figuring out the sequence of sending and receiving via the menus and front panel are confusing at first.
