Most Perfect Model in this Category - 1 year ownership Having spent 20 years fighting to find a great multi-function, do-everything printer/scanner/fax for color/b&w I had all but lost hope... But after 1 year of medium usage this Brother is a gem!!! I guess my standards are pretty high but all other multi-functions were either awful software or jamming problems or expensive ink or one feature would be great and another barely implemented. Excellent product, excellent value, except color scan quality is very poor I purchased this unit to replace a failed large format printer and to acquire large format scanning capability, primarily for original artwork. This unit is connected to our home network via wired ethernet, and it has been in service for about two weeks. This was easy to set up and everything works well, and overall it is a pleasure to use. Love this Printer! We have only had this for about a month but so far it is awesome. It was so easy to set up and so easy to print from everything in the house including phones. The great part about that is we have Mac computers and Windows. It has easy step by step instructions and very simple set up. My favorite printer so far.
Happy with this printer! We bought this printer to replace an ancient MFC that still works, but is not handling color well. This one has some nice updates, including duplex printing, the touch pad, convenient paper handling and more We returned a machine from a different company that could print on 13" x 19" paper, but needed to be restarted frequently. This machine is a joy to use and performs quickly and reliably from two rooms away. The multi-feed tray in back is really convenient for envelopes and specialty paper. We are... read more
Nice sizeable printer. Printed 570 invitations, out of the box. Just don't load the paper to the line with 24 lbs paper.

Great printer. Prints fast Great printer. Prints fast. Good color. Works like a high end printer should. No problems printing from Cell phone, tablets as well as all the PCs on my network. Ability to scan two pages at a time of music books as well as magazines. Scanner works great wirelessly and as a network scanner.
