Works great at full duplex print, scan and copy. Replaces my crippled MFC-J6910DW which lasted 7 years and finally developed a clear paper jam error that would not go away; still scans and copies. New ink technology and paper flow pattern, and works like a charm and prints very nicely. I haven't tried photos yet. It is large!

As with every other printer on the market, ink supplies do not last long and they are expensive. Love, love, love this printer, especially after going through four printers from another company. Love, love, love this printer, especially after going through four printers from another company. Spent the extra money to buy, but well worth it and have not any issues of disrepair. The only lacking star is because I cannot find a way, after much looking, to print darker. Nice multifunction printer Nice multifunction printer. Excellent large size scanning quality. My only complaint is that the output paper sometimes is not properly collated (mechanical issue as the paper leaves the printer).
Honestly the best printer I've ever used Honestly the best printer I've ever used. It was super easy to set up, works on every device I own, print and scan quality is great. We were surprised at how big it was, but it's well worth the space it takes up.

Great printer, highly recommend. Love this printer. I volunteer for an organization and do a lot of printing for them. This printer lets me do that at a reasonable cost. Color printing/copies not high quality but good enough for most things I need.
