Best printer I've ever owned, and i have owned quite a few! I am still learning about things this printer will do, though I'm already using many of its functions. I highly recommend this printer for businesses, home offices, people who need multitasking printers for crafts, or anyone who just wants the availability of all the things this printer can do. It works wonderfully, and prints fast.
Overall, happy with purchase! Really Like: VERY fast printing. Ink lasts a long time, so it's very cost effective; considering this, the ink cartridges aren't too expensive. Very versatile; enjoy all the features. Somewhat Dislike: The interface isn't the most intuitive; colors are pretty dull ... can't seem to get them more saturated and bright ... don't "POP" ... Overall, very pleased with it and well worth the money!
Great Printer Best printer I've had. Fast and takes 11x17.
OK - it works. Pretty good - not great, not bad. The software drivers were difficult to get installed on my system. Support at Brother's solved it but it was a few hours of my time when all was said and done.

Very pleased with this versatile multi function printer I am really happy with this printer so far. The print quality is really good. The ink seems to last and it was easy to set up. This is probably the best Brother MFC I have had. It was reasonably priced too. It was important that is could handle ledger sized scans.
Excellent product, works as advertised. I use this printer in my Product Design Consultancy business- Print Image Quality setting work EXACTLY as presented, and give good to very good results. I have11x17 sheet size as tray-2, works well. Sheet feeders - all 3 work fine - Try-1, Tray-2 and MP Tray. Document feeder reliable and works well Scanner does color just fine, resolution control available, standard 300x300 works fine as a good reliable starting point. Brand new printer, nozzle issues, poor support from Brother [I've removed my previous long-winded rant and updated my rating] In short, I really like the features of the multi-function printer/scanner so far. I especially like its ability to scan directly to Google Drive folders without a PC. Prints are good and decently fast. I've also printed a couple of photos which look great. When I received this printer (brand new), there was an issue with a couple of the magenta nozzles. I had a poor experience with their support team... read more
