Had enough of expensive HP Inks Between the inks that always needed replacing on the old HP system and it's propensity to lose connectivity, this was a breeze to install and I was printing in seconds from the time the printer hit my doorstep.
Does not jam. Previous non- brother printers would jam or the infamous Canon “insert paper” message when you know there is paper. This printer prints excellent 4x6 color photos with or without brother software. From your iphone, pad or pc.
Better than expected First my HP was a constant fight. Setup and connection was impossible. Broke. Second the Canon worked for 2 years but setup and connection was always a problem. Broke, no scan. Third pitch was the Brother and a home run. Setup easy, connection always on, print quality very good, fast. Good scan quality. Exactly what I was hoping for. Plus there are aftermarket print cartridges (I have them but have not installed yet). I do recommend Brother.
