Beats the price tag of HP ink I bought this after my HP printer stopped working, I am sick and tired of the expensive ink. I have not bought ink for this one so I am not 100% sure is better. So far so good I have printed around 20 pages and the quality is good enough. I have not required any tech support so I will update if I do. I am not giving 5 stars because it loud when printing.
Printer Works Out of the Box! Liked that it set up easily. All promised functions going w/o extensive puzzle-solving. Clean, well-balanced, and quiet operation. Clear reminders and notifications on screen. Easy to load paper and ink. A bit heavy and higher, boxy profile because of document handling. Not a lot of visual sizzle to its look. Needs sturdy and stable support furniture and more working height compared to printers without document handling. But am expecting to learn to love it.

Preformance It does a quality job foe a great price. Ink is very reasonably priced.
Great support Lost network connection second time I started the printer and was unable to reset. That said, Brother technical support talked me through a variety of options to reset. It took about an hour but we were ultimately successful
Brother Wireless All-in-One Upgraded from a Canon mx870 to this. No issues. Yes it is a little funky with the USB cable, but literally it runs through the back. Super simple and youtube shows what to do. The printer is awesome. Easy setup and can print from our mobile devices. Not using Wi-Fi, but hardwired into my TP-Link switch. No connectivity issues.

Good value Compact size and quality of printing good. (Not sure yet, though, about how long ink cartridges last.)
Great Printer I needed a new home printer and really did a lot of research. And this one came up as a great printer at a reasonable price. So glad I made this purchase. I especially love the remote printing. With my laptop I can work anywhere in my home and print. I love it!
