Read set up instructions carefully and follow, especially if connecting wirelessly. Good product, light weight and compact. Remote prints from phone or tablet. A little difficult for me to set up, but, so far, very satisfied.
So Far, A Great Printer I have used Canon printers forever, but this Brother so far is just as featured with better print quality. It has been in service for only a few weeks, but no problems evident. Hopefully it will give many years of good service.

Perfect Home Office Printer! The Brother Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer, MFC-J895DW is a great printer for a home office. It handles a decent amount of printing, but if you're printing 100's of pages you might want to consider a larger unit. For home and basic jobs this one is wonderful! Works on a wi-fi network and have never had any connectivity challenges. Easy to set up as well. The process is very user friendly.
Nice Machine Fast,Quiet and a big improvement over my last printer. Kinda glad my old one died...
So Thankful for this Printer I received this printer today (my first time using a Brother's brand printer); the installation was pretty simple, and so far so good! My last two printers (hp and epson) only lasted a year before they malfunctioned, so I'm praying this one will last much longer.

Love this printer! Love this printer for my home office!! Photo are a little fuzzy but then, I purchased it for scanning and printing. Great but for the money!
Better than my old HP This unit was easy to set up and I like everything about it, including the price. Also it was highly rated by Consumer Reports, and I can see why.
