Works great! I'm writing this review after having this printer for a few weeks. I have now printed around 500 pages, both color and black and white. I have printed on plain paper and on cardstock. The setup was very easy, and the steps are very clear for wireless setup. I have printed from two different laptops, two different phones, and a tablet and had no problems. So Far So Good Printer works well.
s l o w printing... you have to tweak it. put on fast print or it takes forever to print. printing letters/text. jumped brands from HP since our latest HP has been troublesome. I had to set default to fast so I can get output in this lifetime. if this turns into an HP I will update ;-)
Great printer--ink lasts forever! I bought this to replace an Epson that had finally died after about 6 years. After 10 months of use I am 100% happy with this printer. Overall: impressed with the print quality and fast speed of printing; love the 2-sided print option to reduce paper, and am just now getting online to buy additional ink, because of a few of the colors are running low. My former printer would run out of ink every 2 months or so - so a 10 month stretch is a serious improvement & cost savings. Highly recommend.
Good features, but s l o w Very slow printing, but the overall quality is good. Ink longevity is unknown at this point. Printing from your phone is a nice feature.
Awesome Printer I've had this printer for a few years now and am just now ordering a replacement cartridge for the first time. We only print maybe 5-6 pages a week. With our old printer it would use ink to clean the heads because it had sat idle. This one seems not to do that. We've had great print quality, it's easy to use, and is multi function. My wife and I couldn't be happier with this.
Good quality printer and machine with some quirks, great on ink Bought and have used multi-function printer for four months now, so have used in a variety of printing, copying, and scanning situations. Disappointed I have had a brothers printer for over 10 years and it finally decided to have problems so I knew that it was time to buy another one. I liked the ratings of this printer, but didn't know it had to have card stock put in through the back feeder. I don't really use card stock much so that was ok, but when I did print out some post cards, I had streaks on one of them which seemed odd. Nice, sturdy printer I bought the older version, with a company that offered a better price, not actually prime, shipping very fast, I received it in two days. I checked the new model at best buy, but I did not like it, also the ink is a different type and cost more money, I think you can can print more out of the cartridges, but the difference it is a lot if you compare the cost. Easy to install, I can also print from my phone, they provide Brother app for that, nice recommended product!
