    The quietest, most exceptional printer I`ve own... I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product.     My Amazing All in One Printer I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. Upon opening the box I was overwhelmed at the size of the printer, but now that i have set it up and connected all my devices to it I am very impressed. The printer is not loud, the size is still a little overwhelming but I`m getting use to it being in the space. The color prints are very vivid and clear, the black and white prints are amazing also, no lines or sweat Mark`s which is very good.

    It's typical Meh. often my Mac cannot "find" the printer which is a pain.

    Never update software The product would be ok if the updates were not messing up its functioning. All in all I’m changing to another brand.

    Why did you change things? Old printer was great! Great until it doesn't realize you HAVE changed the toner!!!

    Got print error within warranty, wasn’t covered Printer error after less than a year of owning it. Contacted support who said that I needed to purchase brother toner (which costs the same as the printer) in order to validate that it’s not a 3rd party toner issue. Did that. Was told it was covered. Support found a loop hole because even though it was purchased brand new, it wasn’t purchased from one of the “officially supported Brother suppliers.” Highly recommend avoiding Brother and this model based on my headache and hassl... read more

    Brother Left me without a printer My New Brother printer bought June 1st 2023 , LED screen went Fussy July 4th 2023. I went to Staples where i bought it . Told to Call Brother. Brother sent a re furbished Printer. Not sure why a new printer a month old needed to be replaced with a second hand one but they did. The replacement refurbished printer lasted a week. Then had to do it again. Still do not have the new refurbished printer and using the new old one with the bad LED screen. Very Very disappointed with Brother this time... read more
