    meh Very Slow printing. the connection from the printer to the power cord sucks, very flimsy- always disconnects if there is any type of movement within the area of the printer

    Printing and toner issue Had a printing issue. Was advised by helpdesk to buy a new set of toner cartridges as that “should sort the problem”. That’s a lot of money to spend to test that theory - 4 toner cartridges cost more than the printer itself. I felt I was in a catch 22 situation. Decided to cut my losses and get another inkjet.

    No warranty at all. Worked great at first. 4 months later it quit working. Contacted Brother and was told that I bought thru an unauthorized dealer, so I am considered the second owner and they would not warranty it at all. Brand new in the factory box and Brother said too bad you loose.

    Printer Maintenance Machine breakdown after two years of minor home printing. Currently, I have been waiting for more than two months to fix the issue and no success to do so.

    No Duplex Scanning Function Very disappointed that this model doesn't have duplex scanning function. It has duplex printing. And this where you can make an incorrect assumption. The specifications should clearly state it does not have a duplex scanning function. Not happy.

    Printer and cartridges Ink cartridges are so expensive, original cartridges that came with the printer finished very quickly and not worth it
