    Print This is not a "Karen" review; I have genuine critiques regarding the performance of this printer. I work in prints quite literally all the time and it will be my full time job once I graduate. This printer is not necessarily budget friendly for a college student but it seemed good at first for me to try and investing in.     No Toner Error Just started receiving the dreaded "No Toner "error even though I have new, genuine, Brother toner cartridges. Took everything out, cleaned the contacts, replaced everything carefully with no improvement. Customer support says I have to get it serviced even though it's only 9 months old. Used to love Brother MFCs but this is the second one I've had develop a fatal error in the last 18 months.

    Over Rated Printer Don't purchase if you're after good printing quality as this model certainly doesn't do that well at all

    hello The software that comes with the printer leaves a little to be desired. Maybe a picture editing program, or OCR program.

    Few minor hiccups - otherwise good printer I have had this printer for a while now. it drops connection from the wifi for no apparent reason. Also for some reason it has stopped scanning both sides of the page. I will have to google the cause and hopefully rectify the problem. Having said all this, I am happy with the printer overall and would not hesitate to recommend this printer.

    Not recommended! Not the quality product we had hoped for!! It was purchased to replace an existing printer from another company but that was the worst decision ever... do not recommend!!

    Will not stay online This printer was fine for the first few months. Now it jumps off-line at least once a day. It requires that I reboot every single day.

    Good printer. Lousy technical support. Prints well. Cannot connect to print via wireless. Have downloaded new installation files and cannot get Windows 10 to recognize driver. No help on website. will not purchase another brother machine.
