No too crazy about my brother MFC-L3750CDW It is a good printer, not super excited by it though. Cost per toner is pricey. It has a lot of features to access and the software that comes with it is quite user friendly. However, it regularly tells me that there isn't any toner loaded when there clearly is. Also, I have not been able to locate a report that shows me how many pages I had printed per session.
Unhappy with purchase I purchased this printer 6 weeks ago and it is already not working. This replaced a similar model that we'd had for several years with no problems, so was purchased with that in mind. I changed the black cartridge and it does not recognise that cartridge thus we have had to purchase extra cartridges but the same error keeps occurring. As a business we have been unable to print for over 48 hours.
TONERS DON'T LAST AS LONG AS THEY ARE LABELED FOR I have been using this excellent printer for fewer than 3000 pages. I have already replaced all of the toner cartridges TWICE! This printer came with four regular capacity toner cartridges. I changed them all with high yield cartridges when the machine said they were empty. The "High Yield" toner cartridge is labeled "Yields up to 2300 pages". Now, I've replaced all of the high yield cartridges AGAIN. I don't think I'll be buying another Brother printer.
Connection to wifi It’s not easy to connect to the wifi and to immediately use. Still have not managed to print from my mobile
Paper tray issue. Paper feed from main tray fails to feed indicates that tray is out of paper. Failure occurs when tray is less than 75% full.
Print cartridge issue Printer says replace yellow cartridge but the indicator shows it is 90% full? Serious problem.
