The printer tray does NOT fit legal paper ! The printer tray does not fit legal paper, When you extend the tab about it's a joke & sight to see. Very discouraging being that this thing is an arm & a leg
very disappointed this printer didn't work when I received it. When I cut it on for the first time, it said "paper jam" I looked all around and inside of the printer and saw no paper jam. I called Brother customer support to see if they could help me. He told me to check the places that I already checked before calling. After all of that, he told me that the printer was a defective. Product does not scan and perodically prints - not all the time. We have had your tec people on this and this product still is not working. All of our other equipment in the office works fine, and I have no idea what the problem is, should we return it?
Keeps thinking I'm out of paper I love Brother printers but this model is awful. I returned the first one thinking it was a fluke. Now this one thinks it's always out of paper too. It will printer about an hr after I tell it to because it thinks it's out of paper. I'm done. Finding myself a new brand.
Don't buy This printer does not print all the time. It stalls quite a bit. I miss the return window, but I wish I could return it. I am going to look into getting something else.
Hmm The stupid printer won’t stay connected to the wifi so every time I go to wireless print I have tj re connect to internet...
Does not do color! I can not believe I didn’t realize this printer does not print in color... how could I have missed that? I never realized there could even be a black only printer this day and age. It’s going back!
Hate the keypad...terrible design A fine multifunction printer in general...my third Brother MFC. I have been happy with the speed and print quality, however, the keypad is a nightmare. Io not have fat fingers but very often my faxes do not go through because the keypad misread which number I pushed. They need to go back to raised individual buttons to prevent these errors. Many other are reporting these same problems. It is a serious design flaw, and I will never buy another printer without raised buttons again.
