Happy with copy/print function as well Have had it three months and it has REALLY changed things at my office with respect to scanning. The scanning process is now superfast. Happy with copy/print function as well. I have gotten some jams but each time when attempting to feed notebook paper through the feeder. It does not seem to like that if the notebook paper is in any way kinked.
Amazing quality and fantastic price I love this printer. I use this for my small business (law firm). It is all I need and then some. The price is so much better than for other machines. I am a believer in brother for small business. We print about a ream a week (sometimes more, sometimes less). Two years ago bought a similar model and as we are growing we need more, so we bought the newer model. I will buy again when we continue to grow!
Best printer for the money Bought mine from staples for same sub 600.00 price. I think its probably the best bang for the buck business do all printer. Its very fast on printing and scanning. You can even send faxes from any workstation via drag and drop. Very easy to set up and unbox. Would buy again for sure. If you are on a office network were many workstations are printing and also faxing stay away from HP all in ones, they tend to disconnect from the network which puts a stall on business operations. Easy to install, works great, and has a very fast printer and scanner The unit arrived as promised, was well packed, and was easy to set up. Performance has been flawless and the speed is excellent. I went for this printer because of the reasonable running cost of black and white printers and the large toner capacity of this unit. We run color printers and the cost of consumables is breathtaking compared to the running cost of this printer. Love color, hate the price of consumables.

Very fast network connections and easy to setup. This printer was purchased primarily as a scanning system for paperless system. Tried a HP MFP scanner printer and was very disappointed with it's performance. Then started researching for a solution and found this Brother multi-function printer. Very fast network connections and easy to setup.
Five Stars Good machine fast & productive
Decent printer for home office use. Good printer and prints pretty fast with decent laser print quality. One thing we do like about this model is the large size cartridge it comes with. However, when tested to print photos the shading can be slightly uneven sometimes. One lesson's learned is that when install driver on mac, if AirPrint is selected, the printer seems to be slower / waits a lot to print large / multiple file documents. Solid business class printer. I actually have 2 of these printers. One is at work and shared by about 10 employees and one is at home for my personal use. I've taken opinions from my employees and integrated them into this review. The machine at work is used solely with Windows machine. The one at home is used with Macs. Basic set up is extremely easy.
