Brother products have been changing the way people work, and play, for years. Our reliable, high-quality, feature-rich printers, scanners, labelers, and more are hard at work in homes everywhere. Whatever your need, Brother products are always "At your side."
Great Multi Purpose!! I have been using Brother color printers for 15 years. The reason is the quality and the cost. I had several thousand dollar+ printers over the years, I finally got tired of the high cost. I switched to Brother and have used it ever since. Yes the quality will not match the high-end color laser printers, but for what I need (accounting, misc color reports, some pictures, mostly color newsletters), it is perfect!!
Wonderful features. I am a school teacher and a doctoral student. The feature that my Brother printer gives me, allows me to do graphics that look amazing. It allows me to do two sided in any direction I need. It is a wonderful addition.
The best investment I have EVER made! Life is sweet when you can just print documents that you need right now! I was going to printing facilities that charge minimum of .14 per page just for black & white. The time it takes me to travel to and from the printing place, the gas it cost and the hassle of waiting in line or running into "machine is out of order", is just too much stress. Now, in the privacy of my own home, I print whatever I want, whenever I need it, then I'm good to go. I run my own Paralegal & computer graph... read more
Great little all-in-one copier and printer I bought this to replace a giant canon copier that died, and it's doing a great job. I love having printer, copier and scanner all in one - saves a lot of space in my office, and its very easy to use. The web interface also made for easy setup of the wireless network, and also simplified troubleshooting. Highly recommended.
Overall it's fantastic If you are printing text and graphics, like logos and pie charts, you will love this printer. However, anything with pictures is another story. I know laser printers aren't know for great pic prints but I wasn't prepared for this level of poor quality. It's bad. Washed out, faint, pixelated.... just bad. So if you are thinking you can get away with it for three occasions pictures are needed, you might want to think again. Otherwise the printer is a dream.
Great Printer This is a richly featured color laser printer which has advanced document handling capabilities with a fast, virtually jam-free automatic document feeder, outstanding quality output and high speed printing for both color and black-and-white output. The setup was fast and easy. This printer will perform well in both a home office environment and as the primary printer for a small workgroup. The cost/copy is particularly appealing, being slightly over 25% of the cost/copy for color copy of a similarly featured an... read more
Good Machine but needs improvement OK so we originally purchased a brand new unit last July 2020. It was broken by October 2020. They replaced with a refurbished unit. That lasted until February. Then they sent us a brand new unit. So far so good.
Print Quality Good but Wi-Fi stinks Connectivity seems to be a problem with all Brother printers. We're on number 3, and we still have the same issues. Three different models and all of them struggle with the connection. Can't scan. Can't print. Constantly resetting the wifi setup. If I could only get that worked out, I'd raise the rating a star or two. Print quality is very good, Speed is decent, and it doesn't burn through ink, so maintenance costs shouldn't be bad.
User Friendly I work in a dental office, private practice, and this model had all of the features we really wanted but does not have the speed we were after. It is still very use friendly and for home office printing I think it would be a great fit. We just need something that responds faster for our day to day operations.
