Needs owner manual / instruction book After several customer support time, and repeated on-line visits to web site, all seems to be working as described. When asked about user manual, said I could download, not available in orderto save paper. Yes, saves paper for Brother, but uses a lot of paper and toner to print the complete user manual. Does not save paper or toner for me, just for Brother

I like the shortcut feature. I use the shortcut feature often. This is a great idea and time saver.
It is a good machine I am happy with my purchase. It was a little difficult to set up. The previous model seems to print faster when you have a lot of pages. I love the touch screen things are much easier than the previous model.
Excellent features I really like and use a lot of the options that are available on this printer/copier/scanner/fax. I previously owned another Brother machine that had performed well, but this one is even better.
Great Features, great printer, just a few issues. I love this printer, it works great and is very efficient. My only issue is sending to my email. I scan something to my email and I get the following message: "Go to Web Based Management by typing this machine's IP address into your web browser's address bar, and se the email server." I still haven't figured this out and it's a bit frustrating.
