Nice product. No complaints at all. Functions as advertised. I use itwirelesf and after shutoff the unit down, I also have to restart both IMAC and MacBook Pro to get them to reconnect to the unit.

One word.....Great! We just purchased this new printer to replace our MFC-8890DW which we had for over 7 years....this was a real workhorse. This MFC-L8900CDW is "Great". Our first color laser. Normally we print all color docs on an InkJet...those days are now over. While some have commented that the dispslay panel is a tad laborious to navigate we found no problem with it. Huge improvement over MFC-9840CDW. Definitely worth the upgrade. Virtually no warmup for printing or scanning. Quiet operation. Still super fast bulk scanning. One downside, the one button scan to email is gone.
Could have had a little more support.... When we were setting up the machine to do what we needed to do I had some questions. From the website, I could not get to a live agent via phone and had to web chat which seemed to me take a lot more time than a live agent. It performs quietly however it is a lot slower than the last model we had. Print quality is good. Just wish I could have a support session for setting up the machine.
Great Features! Wow! I Love it! its fast quite copies faxes scans and prints with ease I would differently recommend the purchase of this all in one laser!
Nice printer, easy to work, nice functions! Documents come out nice and clear and professional looking in both black and white and color. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I did have one paper jam but it was easy to access and fix. The only problem I have had, which has nothing to do with the machine, is that there are not as many options available in my area for color copy paper for laser printers as there are for ink jet ones. I hadn't paid attention to that before I purchased it as wish I would have.
Mostly a great machine! The scanner is difficult - file names restricted to include counter/date. Scanned files enlarged slightly- a problem for raster tracing with Autocad but scale had to be adjusted. Scanner goes offline (wireless) and requires re-connection. Printing and faxing is great though.
