Quality is going down mother board had one faulty capacitor that stopped working only after 5 years of light use. brother would not pay for service and parts. disappointing
Not user friendly Not user friendly. unable to reset toner life. I have done the steps on the website and you tube. still will not reset the toner life so I can print!
Do not buy!!! Do not buy one of these. First one printed 30 pages in the 6 weeks we had it. 2nd one printed 290 over several months. Was replaced with older refurbished units. Last printer took them 2 months to replace.

Prepare for a headache Painful to setup. I have a windows computer that this printer keeps ignoring like I send a print job to this printer and it just sits there for a few mins saying it's printing and there is no activity going on the printers screen.
